TRUEBECK HOME
This world-class teaching and research facility for the University of California, Davis includes the world’s first LEED Platinum winery, brewery, and food-processing pilot plant. The project was delivered with the design-build model and implemented the highest sustainable features and best practices.

To better serve patients at Marshall Medical Center, Truebeck is renovating the health center's pharmacy. The goal of this renovation is to take existing clinic space and convert it into a specialty pharmacy that can deliver high-quality care and needed prescriptions to patients.

For a confidential client in the Rocklin area, Truebeck's team will complete a 21,000sf renovation of an existing two-story tilt-up office building. A part of this renovation will be the addition of a cGMP facility for manufacturing use.

This project integrated a complex RO and Bi-Carb System designed to serve the needs of patients with 12 new dialysis stations. Tenant improvements included the complete renovation of the building interior with work done on the structure and site landscaping.

This design-build cGMP project converted existing lab space into new Class 100,000 space. The project also included installing fireproofing, demolition of existing lab spaces, and new construction of fume hoods and down flow booths for the distribution of laboratory chemicals.
